Presidential Address from EAEC:
First, I would Like to thank SIAR for the organisation of the EAEC-CONAT 2024 Congress.
This will continue the series of European Automotive Congresses. SIAR has hosted this EAEC Congress in the framework of the annual SIAR Congresses and Congresses two before.
There is a need for more specific co-operation among major European Societies, which are members of FISITA, The European automotive industry is on a level playing field with its competitors in America and the Asia-Pacific region. That's why a European congress like this is so important to show the flag.
The annual SIAR events are general automotive congresses as well as the FISITA and EAEC congresses. That means that various topics of the automotive technology are covered.
I wish the Congress organisers all success, many interesting presentations and many useful contacts.
